Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli & Cheese Pasta

1 cup uncooked noodles
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 cup fat free Cottage Cheese
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli & Cheese Pasta

  1. Cook pasta and broccoli according to package directions.

  2. Preheat broiler.

  3. In a medium bowl, toss cottage cheese with hot pasta, hot broccoli, pepper and 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese; divide between two small oven-safe bowls and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese. Broil until slightly browned, about 2 minutes.
