This is sort of a Family Secret recipe that we've been making since I was a little girl. It's a bit high in fat and cals... but oh-so-gooooood.... in moderation, of course!!

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Nip Dish

2 cups Steamed Broccoli
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Milk
1 oz Lemon
1 tsp Vinegar
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
12 1/2 oz Cheese Nips

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cheese Nip Dish

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Steam and drain Broccoli.

  3. Mix, with a whisk, Soup, Mayo, Milk, Lemon, Vinegar, and Cheese until blended.

  4. Crush Cheese Nips until in small pieces.

  5. Pour Broccoli and wet mixture into a 2 or 3 quart casserole dish, mix together.

  6. Place crushed Cheese Nips on top, evenly.

  7. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
