4 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 large Egg, White
1 cup Egg Beaters
1 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese
4 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 serving Kirkland Signature extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Cheese Mini Egg Omelets

Preheat oven to 350. Steam broccoli with a little water for 5-7 minutes. When cooked, mash into smaller pieces and add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well
