2 eggs
3/4 cup chopped broccoli florets
1 1/2 tablespoons grated cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and cheese Egg Scramble

  1. Whisk together 2 eggs; set aside.

  2. Coat a frying pan with nonstick cooking spray

  3. Saute 3/4 cup chopped broccoli florets 2 minutes;

  4. Add eggs and scramble.

  5. Once eggs are cooked, sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan.

  6. Serve with a slice of whole wheat toast.
