Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Custard

3 cups frozen broccoli
3 eggs
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cheese Custard

  1. Cook broccoli until barely tender.

  2. Drain and put in buttered or oiled casserole (add calories for this). Beat eggs, milk, cheese, optional herbs and optional salt and pepper. Mix and pour over broccoli. Set casserole in a pan with about 1 inch of hot water and in oven (350 F) for about 30 minutes or until firm.
