Broccoli is 2 pkgs of frozen chopped broccoli. Soup is 1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and cheese casserole

1 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
4 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup, diced Celery
1 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
12 oz Light Pasteurized Process Cheese Product

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and cheese casserole

  1. Cook rice and Broccoli and drain both. melt butter. Sautee onion and celery. Add 1 can of soup, cheese, then stir well.

  2. Add rice, broccoli and mix again. Put into greased 2 qt. casserole and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Should be golden brown on top.
