Delicious side dish...worth the calories, but only once in a while!

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
2 tsp yellow mustard
4 c broccoli florets, thawed
1 c shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat
1 c brown basmati rice

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

  1. Cook basmati rice.

  2. Thaw frozen broccoli.

  3. Combine all of the ingredients.

  4. Pour into baking dish coated with non-stick spray.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
