It was an ultimate success! It's YUUUM! No jokes! As it was the first casserole I made by myself! Hee! I found the recipe online but I've taken out some ingredients and make this recipe my own.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and cheese casserole

300 grams broccoli, cut into pieces
2 egg whites
1 tbsp shallots
1/2 cup cottage cheese, low fat
2 tbsp bread crumbs
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp wheat flour
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and cheese casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F

  2. Bring broccoli to medium heat to boil for 3 min, drain well

  3. Mix cottage cheese, wheat flour, egg whites , onion and seasonings in a large bowl.

  4. Stir in broccoli.

  5. Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  6. Sprinkle parmesan-bread-crumbs mixture over the top of the casserole

  7. Heat at 350F for 10-15 min or until still.

  8. Serve hot.
