Very flavorful, yet very low fat and easy.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cheddar Soup (very low fat)

1.5 cup Frozen Broccoli
6 oz Iqf Shredded Hash Browns
15 oz Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
2 oz Cheddar Fat Free
2 clove Garlic
1.5 serving Lite Mixture Salt
4 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 cup Shredded Carrots
0.5 serving Half and Half Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cheddar Soup (very low fat)

  1. Bring all ingredients except dairy to a boil then turn down to simmer covered for about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from burner and blend half of soup til smooth. Return blended soup to pot and simmer a couple of minutes more as you add the cheddar and half and half. Stir til well blended.

  2. Makes aprox 4 cups.
