Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Cheddar Frittata

1 c Egg Beaters
2 tsp olive oil
1 c broccoli
1/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Cheddar Frittata

  1. Add oil and broccoli, saute a couple of minutes. Season with salt & pepper.

  2. Add eggs and cook until edges are firm but still semi liquid in the center. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Preheat broiler and place skillet under broiler until the surface is set and golden brown (1 to 2 min.)
