Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cauliflower Soup 2

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 T. Smart Balance Light
1 medium potato, peeled and diced
4 cups frozen broccoli
4 cups frozen cauliflower
4 servings chicken bouillon cubes
4 cups water
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cauliflower Soup 2

  1. Boil water and add bouillon cubes to dissolve.

  2. Sautee onion and garlic in the Smart Balance.

  3. Add vegetables and chicken broth. Simmer until vegs are soft.

  4. Use handheld blender to puree the soup. Add milk and puree again.
