Broccoli cauliflower chilled salad

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

8 oz shred cheese
8 oz Mayo lighte
5 serving bacon bits
1 serving Sunflower Seeds Roasted and Salted
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
5 cup, chopped Broccoli
5 cup Cauliflower
0.67 cup, chopped Onions
1 serving Distilled Apple Cider Vinegar
1 serving Distilled White Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Chop 5 cups broccoli and 5 cups cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Add 2/3 c. onion, 1 cup shredded cheese, 5 teaspoons of bacon bits, 1/4 cup sunlfower seeds. Mix together. In a separate bowl mix 1 cup light mayo, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon white vinegar. Add dressing to the broccoli, etc. Mix well. Best if chilled before serving.
