This recipe is very close to my favorite deli salad recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

4 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/3 cup rasins
3 oz ramen noodles
2 oz bacon bits
1/3 cup walnuts
1 cup fat free mayo
2 teaspoons splenda
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

  1. Chop vegetables (no stems on broccoli or cauliflower)

  2. Add Cheese, Rasins, Noodles Bacon, Walnuts

  3. Mix Mayo, Splenda and Vinagar in small bowl and test for taste - adjust accordingly

  4. blend with veggie mixture and chill for a while if you can before serving
