I'ts ok. not great but ok as a side dish. You ,may want to add ginger or some other spice to take away the sour cream flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Cauliflower with Cream Sauce

2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup Cauliflower
4 fl oz 100% Carrot Juice
3 oz Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Cauliflower with Cream Sauce

  1. In a small pan over high heat boil the carrot juice until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk in sour cream.

  2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender crisp. Transfer to serving dish. Serve with sour cream sauce.

  3. Per serving: 50 calories, 2 g fat, 7 ga carbs, 3 g protein, 2 g fibre, 6 mg cholesterol, 51 mg sodium, 53 mg calcium
