Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Casserole

3 cups broccoli
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup Silk
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese
3 large eggs
3 oz firm tofu

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Casserole

  1. preheat oven to 350degrees

  2. cook broccoli, drain

  3. use margarine to grease casserole dish

  4. mix wet ingredients

  5. combine in a pan

  6. sprinkle cheese on top

  7. cook 1 hour
