Easy broccoli casserole. Add an extra egg if you prefer.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Casserole

6 oz skinless chicken breast
10 3/4 oz reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup light mayonaise
2 large eggs
3/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
20 oz frozen broccoli
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbls butter
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Casserole

  1. lightly whip eggs

  2. mix in soup, light mayo, and shredded cheddar cheese

  3. mix in seasonings

  4. pour mixture over frozen broccoli and mix together before putting in a casserole dish

  5. melt butter and mix w/ bread crumbs or stuffing mix

  6. sprinkle mixture over the casserole

  7. cover and bake in preheated oven at 375 for 30 minutes

  8. uncover and bake for 10-20 minutes more, until topping starts to brown
