Broccoli Casserole Recipe

I haven't tried this, I got this from a website, and I have been afraid to try it.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Casserole

4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to at temperature 400°F.

  2. Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam about 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.

  3. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.

  4. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients, except for breadcrumbs.

  5. Spoon over broccoli.

  6. Bake, uncovered, at temperature 400°F for 10 minutes.

  7. Add breadcrumbs and spray some non-stick cooking spray over top.

  8. Bake for another 4-5 minutes or until the crumbs are browned.
