Delicious! I was trying to pack in the protein after a work out with as few calories as possible. Never thought it would taste so good!

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli for Breakfast

1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Broccoli for Breakfast

Saute broccoli in olive oil. Add egg beaters. Cook through and sprinkle mozz cheese on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
