Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Breakfast Casserole with Chicken and Sausage

9 oz Broccoli
1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
1 cup Fancy Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.33 cup, chopped or diced Onions
0.33 cup, diced Celery
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Spices Mustard Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
8 large Egg, White
5 slices Deli Sliced Mediterranean Chicken Breast

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Breakfast Casserole with Chicken and Sausage

  1. Let Broccoli thaw, or cook if you prefer. If you cook it the casserole will cook quicker. Brown the sausage in a frypan.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until blended.

  3. Pour into a 9x9 or 9x13 pan.

  4. Cook at 350 degrees a half hour for small pan or 45 minutes for large pan. If broccoli is pre-cooked use shorter cooking time.
