0.25 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 can (10.5 oz), prepared Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon
16 grams Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
16 oz Tender Beef Beef Round Steak
0.25 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
4 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Beef I

  1. Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth

  4. 2 tablespoons white sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  6. 1 pound boneless round steak, cut into bite size pieces

  7. 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root

  8. 1 clove garlic, minced

  9. 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli

  10. Directions

  11. In a small bowl, combine flour, broth, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until sugar and flour are dissolved.

  12. In a large skillet or wok over high heat, cook and stir beef 2 to 4 minutes, or until browned. Stir in broth mixture, ginger, garlic, and broccoli. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
