An easy slow cooker recipe that will keep them coming back for more.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Beef Pasta

2 cups broccoli
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp basil, dried
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp thyme, dried
14 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup beef broth
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups rotini, cooked
3/4 cup cheddar, shredded
2 tbs tomatoe paste

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Beef Pasta

  1. Layer broccoli, onion, basil, oregano, thyme, tomatoes with juice and broth in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 2.5 hrs.

  2. Cook and stir beef and garlic 6 to 8 minutes in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up the meat. Drain Fat. Transfer beef mixture to the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 2hrs.

  3. Stir in pasta, cheese and tomatoe paste. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with additonal cheese as desired.
