Fresh broccoli salad mixed with turkey bacon, dried cranberries, and walnuts - a great summer salad. Low in calories and high in nutrition.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli-Bacon Salad

1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup Miracle Whip fat free dressing
60 g no fat sour cream (1/4 cup)
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
6 cups broccoli, chopped small
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
3 slices turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Broccoli-Bacon Salad

  1. Prepare broccoli, walnuts and bacon.

  2. Combine garlic, Miracle Whip, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.

  3. Combine broccoli, bacon, cranberries, walnuts in a large bowl. Toss with dressing to combine and completely integrate the dressing.

  4. Serve chilled.
