A low calorie broccoli/cheese quiche with a bit of bacon

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli + Bacon Quiche

1 cup skim milk
3 eggs
3/4 and a tablespoon egg whites
6 servings shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped steamed broccoli
1/4 cup scallion (green onions)
2 servings of bacon bits

Recipe Directions for Broccoli + Bacon Quiche

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix the skim milk, eggs + egg whites, 4 servings of the cheese, broccoli, scallions and bacon bits in a bowl

  3. Make sure the eggs are beaten thoroughly

  4. Lightly grease a 6 x 9 pan and pour in the mixture

  5. Put the pan in the oven for 45 minutes

  6. 5 minutes before you take it out, sprinkle on the remaining cheese

  7. Cut into six slices and eat
