Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and bacon omlett

1/2 cup Broccoli
1/4 cup cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup milk
1/2 bacon

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and bacon omlett

Cook chopped broccoli and garlic in olive oil for 7-8 minutes. Set aside. Cook egg and milk mixture. As soon as you put it in the pan, add salt and pepper to taste. Then add cheese and then broccoli. Add 1 piece of bacon (cut into tiny pieces) if desired. Roll up omlet, put on plate and enjoy.
