Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Bacon Crustless Quiche

4 eggs
2 cup 2% milk
8 servings turkey bacon
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup cheese
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 tbs country crock

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Bacon Crustless Quiche

  1. Mix the flour, 1/2 cup of milk, baking powder and salt together, blending well.

  2. Cook the bacon to your liking and dice.

  3. Steam the broccoli until tender and cut into small pieces. Mix the remaining eggs, milk, pepper, onion, and Country Crock spread well and stir in with the flour mixture. Pour into a greased 9in pie dish. Place the broccoli, bacon, and cheese into the mixture being careful not to overflow. Cook in a preheated oven 350 degrees for thirty minutes or until you stick a toothpick or fork in the middle and it comes back clean.
