Healthy take on meat loaf using ground turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Brit's Turkey Loaf

1 large onion, choppped
6 tablespoons oats
2 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground turkey breast
2 egg whites
6 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco

Recipe Directions for Brit's Turkey Loaf

  1. Heat oven to 350. In a small skillet over medium high heat, spray cooking spray. Add onion and saute until soft or browned. Remove from heat and cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine onion and next 8 ingredients (through egg whites) and mix well. Stir in 4 tablespoons ketchup. Spoon mixture into loaf pan. Combine remaining ketchup and Tabasco and brush mixture over loaf. Bake for 1 hr.
