Recipe Ingredients for Brit's Throw-Together Meatballs

1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley

Recipe Directions for Brit's Throw-Together Meatballs

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Using a spoon or melon baller, form small meatballs and place in a muffin tin, one meatball per muffin cup. Bake at 350 for about 15 min until cooked through.

  2. Makes 23-24 meatballs.
