Recipe Ingredients for Brisket soup (caldo de res)

100 grams {brisket}
5 cups water
27 grams {knorr beef bouillon 2.5 cubes large}
3 {5 small red potatoes, quartered}
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 head cabbage, shredded

Recipe Directions for Brisket soup (caldo de res)

Wash and quarter potatoes. Peel and chop carrots. Shred cabbage. Place all ingredients in a Crock Pot on high and cook for at least 5 hours. Pull meat apart when completely cooked and soft. You may put the Crock Pot on low for the last hour if desired.
