Recipe Ingredients for brisket enchiladas

12 oz beef brisket
10 Mission 8" Low Carb Flour Tortillas
16 oz Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - Mexican Style Four Cheese
2 cans Fiesta, Green Chilies, diced
2 cups Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild

Recipe Directions for brisket enchiladas

  1. combine brisket, 1/2 of cheese and chillies

  2. roll mixture into tortillas

  3. pour 1/2 of enchilada sauce into large baking dish

  4. place rolls evenly in pan

  5. cover with remainder of sauce and cheese

  6. cook at 375 until hot and melty (about 15-20 min)
