Recipe Ingredients for Brioche Bread dough

1012.5 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
15 grams Yeast
1.5 tbsp Salt, Table
8 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
360 grams Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Brioche Bread dough

  1. 1. Mix everything together.

  2. 2. Don't knead

  3. 3. Allow to rise for 2hrs

  4. 4. Refrigerate (not airtight)

  5. 5. For baking:

  6. 6. Cut the piece, shape and let it rest for 80min

  7. 7. Bake on a baking stone to 350F (Preheated)
