Recipe Ingredients for Brigitta's vegetable soup

3 large carrots
2 cups celery
2 tbsp Broth
1 l water
1 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's vegetable soup

  1. heat water and add broth/bouillon. Use sodium free vegetable bouillon.

  2. Dice vegetable and add to water. Use root celery when available.

  3. Simmer slowly until vegetables are tender.

  4. Blend together and serve

  5. Garnish with seasonal herbs and nutmeg to taste.
