Recipe Ingredients for Brigitta's Tuna Quesadilla

2 tortilla CarbWatchers Tortilla Wraps, Whole Wheat
75 grams Dubliner Irish Cheese
120 grams Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's Tuna Quesadilla

  1. slice peppers and julienne zucchini.

  2. drain tuna and add on bottom tortilla

  3. top with vegetables and cheese.

  4. Add second tortilla as cover and lighty squeese.

  5. Bake at approx 350 f for 15-20 miin.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
