1/6 medium head raw Belgian Endive
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 medium Carrots
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 clove Garlic
250 grams Mixed Baby Greens
1 tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's Salad nicoise

  1. Clean vegetables and slice.

  2. Clean lettuce and cut leaves.

  3. Mix lettuce and vegetables

  4. Squeeze garlic through press.

  5. Drain Tuna and crumble over salad.

  6. Add dressing, toss and serve
