Recipe Ingredients for Brigitta's mushroom spaghetti

450 g spaghetti, whole wheat
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
450 g mushrooms
2 cups celery
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp fat free sour cream
3 tbsp herbs

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's mushroom spaghetti

  1. gently heat butter

  2. add onions, garlic and saute

  3. add mushrooms and celery

  4. simmer for approx 15 minutes

  5. add sour cream and herbs

  6. set aside

  7. fill pot with water (pot should be large enough to hold enough water so spaghettis is complete imersed.

  8. bring to a boil

  9. add spaghetti

  10. cook for approx 10-15 minutes depending on how soft you prefer your pasta to be.

  11. strain

  12. serve spaghetti and mushroom sauce

  13. add parmesan for everyone to sprinkle on top.
