Recipe Ingredients for Brigitta's fruit plate

1 cup strawberries, fresh
1 cup pineapple, fresh
1 Pears, fresh
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup cool whip

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's fruit plate

  1. Clean strawberries and cut in quarter pieces

  2. Cut pineapple and pear into long slices

  3. arrange fruit on plate in circle

  4. mix cool whip and vanilla yogurt

  5. place in center of plate.

  6. keep cold until ready to serve.

  7. variation - lightly sprinkle roasted sliced almonds over the whole plate (adds 80 calaries for 15 g to the total or 20 g per serving)
