1 tbsp Olive oil
20 g Dill, fresh
30 g roasted garlic
300 ml broth
4 tbsp light sour cream
1 tomato

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's creamy Dill Salad dressing

  1. Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.

  2. Use light or no fat sour cream to achieve a low fat count.

  3. Use Sodium free or low sodium vegetable bouillon if possible.

  4. Store in easy-pour container in refrigerator.
