Recipe Ingredients for Brigitta's Chili

1 tbsp olive oil
600 g ground beef
275 g celery
60 g Cilantro
1075 g light red kidney beans
30 g garlic
160 g onion
213 ml tomato sauce
540 ml diced tomato, canned
80 g Chili seasoning mix
75 g red peppers

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's Chili

  1. heat oil in large pot

  2. add extra lean ground beef, celery, garlic and onion,

  3. saute until meat is cooked through

  4. stir regularly

  5. add tomotoes, tomato sauce and Chili seasoning mix, stir and cook on medium heat for approx. 15 minutes.

  6. Add drained and rinsed kidney beans, stir and heat for another 5 minutes.

  7. Add sliced red and yellow peppers, stir and add coarsly chopped cilantro.

  8. Stor and remove pot from heat.

  9. Let rest for approx. 5 minutes than serve.

  10. Guten appetit!
