8 tbsp Egg Whites
200 grams Sugars, Granulated
200 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Brigitta's Bisquit Kuchen

beat eggs till stiff, add sugar slowly, fold in sifted flour and baking powder mix. Pour in spring pan and bake at 180 C(preheated) for 35-40 minutes. Cut in half when cold. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING BAKING.
