This is a great energy booster with protien and carbs to start the day off either before or after a good workout. :) This recipe is high in good fats. Should be used in moderation while following a well balanced diet.

Recipe Ingredients for Bright Start

1/4 cup Strawberries, sliced
1/2 Banana, sliced
1/8 cup walnuts
1/8 cup pecans
1/8 cup raisins
2 tbls coconut milk
1/8 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Bright Start

  1. Slice fruits

  2. Top with Coconut milk

  3. sprinkle nuts and raisins over milk

  4. drizzle honey over nuts

  5. Mix and enjoy
