This would be good with any fruit. This is more of a milky textured smoothie, but to make it more icy, just add more ice and cut down on the yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Bridget's Fresh Fruit Smoothie

1 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 small banana
3 grams of splenda
1/2 cup ice

Recipe Directions for Bridget's Fresh Fruit Smoothie

  1. Add Fruit, yogurt , splenda, and ice to blender (I cut some of the fruit up just a little and used 3 packets of splenda with added fiber)

  2. Blend it on a smoothie setting.

  3. Pour and enjoy!
