Recipe Ingredients for Brian's Pico de Gallo

1 cup, chopped Onions
3 pepper Pepper, Serrano
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 oz Juice
1 serving Cilantro leaves

Recipe Directions for Brian's Pico de Gallo

  1. Dice all of the vegetables

  2. Mix the vegetables, and add the juice of two lemons

  3. Mix in dried cilantro

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours
