Raw chopped broccoli and cauliflower bits, mixed with craisins, onion, red or yellow bell pepper, and drizzled with low calorie (25 calorie/tbsp) caeser salad dressing. Serving size: 1.25 cup tupperware container.

Recipe Ingredients for Brian's Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

1 bunch of broccoli
1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup craisins
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 cup salad dressing

Recipe Directions for Brian's Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

  1. Chop up two broccoli crowns into 1/2 inch pieces

  2. Chop up one head of cauliflower into 1/2 inch pieces

  3. Dice 1/2 of a medium sized sweet onion

  4. Dice 1/2 of a medium sized red or yellow bell pepper

  5. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

  6. Add 1/4 cup of Craisins

  7. Pour in 1/2 cup of salad dressing

  8. Mix again to coat all ingredients, cover and chill

  9. Makes many, many 1.25 cup tupperware containers
