Recipe Ingredients for Brianna's Asian Stir Fry

1 tsp. white wine
1 tsp. stir-fry sauce
1/2 pound shrimp
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbs low sodium soy sauce
2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
5 ounces chinese noodles
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets

Recipe Directions for Brianna's Asian Stir Fry

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water 3 minutes

  2. 1/2 evoo in wok, fry shrimp, white wine and stir fry sauce 2 minutes

  3. remove shrimp

  4. rest of oil

  5. add noodles (drained) - fry 2 mins

  6. add soy sauce and chicken broth

  7. cover let bubble - 5 mins

  8. add defrosted veggies - 2 mins

  9. add shrimp - 1 more min

  10. eat!!
