Recipe Ingredients for Briam - Imam Baldi

1 medium potato
1/2 organic zucchini
1/4 organic eggplant
1 pepper, banana
1 roasted red pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 onion
50 g feta cheese
2 tomatos
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Briam - Imam Baldi

  1. Cut all the veggies in round slices

  2. crush the tomato

  3. put all the veggies in a large roating pan

  4. add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

  5. fine chop the parsley and garlic

  6. Mix all together

  7. roast the veggies until soft at 350F

  8. add crumbled feta on top, roast until slighty brown
