Recipe Ingredients for Brenda's Homemade Salsa

10 tomatoes
1 1/2 vidalia onion
4 cloves garlic
1 cup cilantro
2 poblano pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Brenda's Homemade Salsa

  1. Rough chop tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped ingredients with lime juice and spices.

  3. Rough chop cilantro and combine.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for several hours (overnight for better taste.)
