16 ounces ground pork
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 large egg
3 tbs finely chopped garlic
2 tbs chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup bread crumbs (Panko)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper

  1. Mix together in large bowl

  2. Make 2 ounce meat balls

  3. Brown in small amount oil

  4. Transfer to oven proof dish and place in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until done through
