Recipe Ingredients for Breakfeast!

2 slice thin, crust not eaten Bread, White, Commercially Prepared, Toasted
10 grams Butter
1 tbsp chopped Onions
10 grams Carrots
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfeast!

toast bread and spread small amount off butter, place cheese over and then the red onion, put carrot on the side to eat with or after toast
