3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 oz. walnuts
1/2 tsp. honey
1 t. flaxseed oil
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup strawberries

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Yogurt Mix

  1. Mix yogurt, flaxseed oil and honey together.

  2. Add walnuts, mix.

  3. Add (diced) strawberries and (halved) blackberries and fold in.
