0.5 cup Potatoes O'Brien
0.33 cup Egg Beaters
1 tortilla Smart
1 serving size Light Swiss Original
1 tbsp Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Wrap

Cook potatoes obrien with cooking spray in frying pan.In separate frying pan, prepare egg beaters as scrambled eggs using cooking spray. Warm toritlla and spread laughing cow cheese. Layer 1/2 cup potatoes obrien topped with egg and fold into burrito. Add red pepper flakes for heat.
