1 whole wheat tortilla
1 cup spinach
6 tbsp egg beaters
4 pieces sundried tomatoes
30 g goat cheese

  1. warm tortilla with goat cheese

  2. soak and chop tomatoes

  3. microwave spinach for 1 minute

  4. microwave egg whites for 1 minute

  5. layer tomatoes, spinach and egg whites onto tortialla with cheese
